Team Info
You can run as part of a team, so long as you indicate this on the entry form, so we can coordinate who is running as part of which team. Teams can be male, female or mixed...
A team can be made up of any number of people, with a minimum of four. The top four finishers will count for the results. You can enter as many teams as you like, but each individual runner MUST complete an entry form.
For example if you have twelve runners, you can enter one team of twelve with the top four counting, or you can enter three teams of four with everyone counting, or two team of six etc. Just make sure we know who is in which team.
Team Trophies and Certificates will be presented at the Post race Party.
