Race Number Allocations
Your Race numbers are allocated alphabetically BY LAST NAME and the baggage drop is the same place as your number pick up.

Look for your alphabet Letter and head for the appropriate area - YOU MAY NEED TO QUEUE AT THIS POINT.

You will pick up an envelope that contains your race number, baggage label, safety pins and your chip.

Your baggage number corresponds to your race number. It's a sticky label and all you need do is stick the label on the bag you drop.

Tee shirts
These may be collected before or after the race from the Platinum suite lobby - the area will be clearly marked.

Toilets
There are no showers at the ExCel but there are plenty of toilets which are clearly signed. There are also toilets in the Platinum Suite which can be used for changing afterwards.

Start and Race Warm Up
The start is in Royal Victoria Square at the West Entrance to Excel. It will be clearly marked. If wet, runners can assemble in the basement of the Novotel, where the Cadbury race warm up will take place.

Water Points
Are at 2.5 and 7.5km and at the Finish.

Finish - Chips
Medals are given at the Finish, where chips will also be collected - it is vital you hand in your chip at the Finish. Water, Powerade, and foils are available at the finish. Once clear of the finish area, please proceed to the Post Race Brunch in the Platinum Suite inside ExCel.

Goodie Bags
These may be collected after the race and will be in the Platinum Suite in the same area as the race number/baggage drop. You can collect your bag, pick up your goodie bag and go to the Post Race Brunch.

Post Race Brunch
This is upstairs in the Platinum Suite - the aroma of hot coffee and bacon butties should indicate where to go! The Craft Guild of Chefs are providing a fantastic Brunch and hot drinks will be available.
